Radner Design Associates provides landscape architectural consulting services to institutions, agencies, municipalities, the A/E industry, and the real estate development industry. RDA has the expertise to provide total project and sub-consultant coordination for site and landscape development projects, whether the projects are renovation or from the ground up. The company has also acted as sub-consultant on many different types of building related construction projects.

Project Feasibility - development feasibility analysis on land from one acre in size to hundreds of acres. Evaluation of visual impacts, soils, topography, utilities, and regulatory constraints to determine development potential.

Master Planning - site development and landscape master planning; project phasing cost estimating, and illustrative master plans.

Site Planning - schematic through construction phase site plans including siting of buildings, parking and roads design, pedestrian circulation design, site lighting and landscape design.

Site Plan Review - evaluation of development plans drawn by others. Zoning, ADA, MAAB compliance and regulatory review.

Project Permitting - permitting for local zoning, Planning and Zoning Boards, Conservation Commissions, Design Review Boards, DEP, and MEPA.

Landscape Design - design of pavements, walls, fencing, lighting, site furniture, planting and other landscape treatments.

Project Coordination - comprehensive coordination of site development projects including civil and soils engineering, traffic planning, architecture and land surveying.
